injera Ethiopian food zoma cleveland

Ethiopian Dining

Dining in Ethiopia is characterized by the ritual of breaking injera and sharing food from a common plate signifying the bonds of loyalty and friendship.  The traditional way of eating is with fingers, injera is placed on the plate with a variety of dishes decoratively arranged around it.  A small portion of injera is torn off and wrapped around a mouthful of the selected dish.

We want Zoma to be a place that people want to visit over and over again because of our consistent delivery of exceptional food service and atmosphere.  We are excited to become Cleveland’s premier Ethiopian restaurant.  Everything we do will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests.

By providing this experience our goal is to enhance relationships and give people much needed of enjoyment in their lives.
